Swayam Shikshan Prayog is proud to announce the launch of Unnati Fellowship for Women Changemakers. It aims to enable leadership and entrepreneurship in women from the grassroots level through the creation of an action based programme that supports women to go from margins to mainstream.

Twenty grassroots women with potential will be selected as Unnati Fellows through an extensive process from the drought prone districts of Maharashtra, on the basis of their vision and passion for transforming their communities. The Fellowship will entitle them to 12-month financial support in the form of a monthly stipend along with intensive mentoring and support from the SSP team and ecosystem. Of the total 20 women selected as Unnati Fellows, 15 women will be part of the Aspire Fellowship Program and 5 women will be part of the Accelerator Fellowship Program.
