SSP has been coordinating dialogue workshops between the village community and the government officials such as the Taluka Development Officer, District Development Officers, the collectors, ministers, engineers and panchayat officials, issues such as reviving their entitled installments, lack of cement and water for construction, approval of land-plotting for the construction of homes and community centres, shortage of drinking water, and various other issues are discussed. Such workshops attain various goals in the development process of SSP. Not only does the community address it's immediate problems and challenges, but is also empowered with knowledge of where are whom to turn to in the future.

Next the women also become confident and comfortable going out of their villages as a voice for the rest of the community. Such workshops are also an eye-opener for the government when they see the community mobilized to fight for it's rights. This forces them to act promptly on it's policies and procedures.
